iPath will make every effort to send out its invoices on a regular, monthly basis, generally around the first of each month. iPath bills for services it provides in advance of the month in which customer receives services. iPath’s invoices are due upon receipt and iPath reserves the right to charge a $25.00 per incident late fee plus 1.5 % per month on outstanding balances left unpaid after fifteen (15) days. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, iPath reserves the right to take additional action up to and including interruption of customer’s services without prior notification to customer.
